Why I Lagree: While I’ve traditionally been a cardio gal, Lagree has shown me that there are so many alternative ways to build strength. I also love that Lagree is highly challenging all while being highly accessible! There are so many ways to modify movements to meet someone wherever they’re at and with endless combinations, the workout always feels fresh and different no matter how often you do it!

Favorite Lagree Exercise: Super Lunge or Dancing Bear

Favorite Muscle Group to Target: Upper Body or Quads – I do love the Lagree burn!

Fun Fact about you: I am a former DII collegiate athlete, running both Cross Country and Track & Field

Kiara grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and moved to Colorado in 2011 to attend Fort Lewis College in Durango. While there she double majored in Anthropology & Sociology. After graduating she moved to Fort Collins and started trying out different fitness modalities and officially became a group fitness instructor in 2019! She got her Level 1 Lagree Certification in January 2022 and is so excited to be joining the Fit5 community! When she’s not teaching she can usually be found on her porch with wine and her dogs Albus and Luna!
