Why I Lagree: Strength and pain prevention. As a lifelong dancer and yogi I have valued the “stretch” over the strength in most workouts which has caused damage and chronic pain. The Lagree workout has helped me strengthen all of my weak areas resulting in less pain. The effects of Lagree have improved all physical activities in my life!

Born and raised in Breckenridge, CO, Carolyn has spent the majority of her life in Colorado. She spent five years living in Seattle, WA where she attended Cornish College of the Arts and graduated with a BFA in Dance. She holds multiple certifications in yoga with an accumulation of over 800 hours of training. In addition to teaching and practicing yoga, Carolyn is part of a professional dance company based out of Broomfield, CO and performs regularly along the front range. She is excited to add Lagree to her teaching schedule and to be a part of the amazing team at Fit5!
