Why I Lagree: Lagree is such a unique workout. The process of moving as slow as you can, and relying solely on your muscles instead of momentum or speed has changed the way I think about strength. Every single class is a new challenge and a new opportunity to trust your body – you will prove to yourself that you can do things you didn’t think you could! When the opportunity came to get level 1 certified and dive deeper into the method, I couldn’t resist! I’m so excited to meet you on the mega!

Stella was born and raised right here in Fort Collins – She loves to see how her hometown has changed throughout the years and feels lucky to have grown up here. Stella has multiple degrees and certifications, spanning Architecture, Interior Design and Kitchen and Bath Design – all in which she has used for the past 8 years of my career. Stella works full time at Tomlinson Designs where they make people’s home dreams come true. She has spent the last 6 years teaching in the Architectural Drafting department part time at FRCC, and when she left in 2023, she was itching to continue to teach people something she loved. After getting Level 1 Certified and training at Fit5, she is eager to bring those shakes! While trying to make the world a more magical place, Stella spends her free time adventuring through board games with her partner Colin, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying our beautiful state from a paddle board.
