Why I Lagree: For me it’s all about longevity! Lagree is low impact, high intensity. So you get amazing strength building and toning results, without damaging your body and joints. I know that I will be able to carry this method with me through the years as I age because it’s adaptable and yet there are always new ways to challenge yourself on the machine. It’s truly perfect for anyone at any fitness level, and any age!

Fun Fact: I did my junior year of high school in Sweden! I lived with three different host families and became fluent in Swedish during my time there. It’s such an amazing country and culture!
Sonja has been teaching fitness for nearly a decade now. Her teaching journey has included power yoga, spin, circuit classes, and Lagree! Outside of fitness, Sonja is a full time nurse in the Surgical Trauma ICU at MCR. Sonja and her fiancé recently relocated to Windsor from Denver, and it’s such a refreshing change of pace! In her spare time she loves being outside, going on walks, hiking, and reading in the sun!
