Why I Lagree: I found Lagree while searching for a workout that felt safe and empowering. As someone who struggled with severe anxiety, traditional workouts often triggered panic-but Lagree was different. The slow, controlled movements challenged my body without overwhelming my mind, allowing me to build strength physically and mentally. I quickly fell in love with the signature Lagree burn—the kind that pushes you to your edge and leaves you feeling stronger every time. No other workout has transformed my body like Lagree or left me feeling so accomplished, inside and out. From the moment I walked into Fit5, I felt a true sense of belonging. Now, as a trainer, I’m passionate about helping others discover that same strength, confidence, and lasting change. Whether you’re new or experienced, I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you—every slow, intentional step of the way

Sam grew up in Castle Pines, Colorado, and moved to Northern Colorado to attend Colorado State University in 2018. She now calls Windsor home, where she lives with her boyfriend, Matt, and their spoiled cat, Kitty. Outside of the Fit5 studio, Sam works at the Fort Collins Country Club as a server and bartender. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with Matt, relaxing at the lake, and caring for her ever-growing plant collection. She’s also a creative at heart—whether it’s crocheting, painting, or tackling a new DIY project around the house, she’s always up for something hands-on. Sam is very excited to join the Fit5 family and continue learning and sharing her love for Lagree.
