Why I Lagree: Unlike any other workout, Lagree makes me slow down and focus on my mind body connection. It’s a workout I can tailor to meet my body where it’s at – to push myself when I’m feeling strong and modify when I need recovery – and still walk away feeling stronger than when I came in.

Bio: Born and raised in Greeley, Colorado, Rachel graduated from and started her career at CSU before setting off to Austin in 2015 for the exciting music scene and new adventures. Ten years, a husband, a baby, and two dogs later, she came back home to be close to family. She spends most days balancing contract jobs in marketing/PR, going on walks, and playing at the park with her daughter; and enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, live shows, and Mexican Martinis when there’s time for a little fun.
