Why I Lagree: I love that Lagree is high-intensity yet low-impact. Working every muscle group to failure in 45 minutes allows me to build and maintain strength and endurance. Lagree is a modality I will be doing as I am physically able. Not only is Lagree tough mentally and physically (hello Lagree “shakes”), it is FUN! I am challenged in every class, always improving my form and tempo, and can modify as needed. Lagree is for EVERYONE!

Nicole was born and raised in frigid Minnesota. Nicole moved to Colorado in 2003 after finishing her bachelor’s degree in Florida and her master’s degree in Minnesota. Nicole earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Denver and works as a high school administrator and LOVES it! Nicole, her husband, and their triplet daughters live in Timnath and enjoy participating in a variety of activities and sports, vacationing in warm climates, and happy hour with friends.
