Lagree is a great cross-training workout that supports your body for other physical activities we Coloradoans like to do, like skiing, running, mountain biking, and hiking.

Fun Fact: In college I spent three weeks traveling around Vietnam. Another fun fact, my daughter is a New Year’s baby!

Kelsey grew up in Durango, CO and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Kelsey and her husband, Billy, continue to reside in Fort Collins where they raise their two daughters, Reagan & Hudson. Kelsey fell in love with Lagree after taking her first class in 2017. Kelsey has always been active her entire life and has a passion for fitness. She enjoys traveling, reading, skiing & hiking.
