Why I Lagree: As a lifelong athlete I’ve never felt stronger than I have from doing Lagree these past two years. Not only has the pain from an old shoulder injury pretty much gone away with my vast strength improvement, my sense of community has grown stronger as well. Lagree is a great, high-intensity, low-impact workout for all ages that never gets easier and I am all about it!

Katie is a California native who relocated to Colorado with her husband and 3 kiddos during covid. Physical activity has always been part of her daily life and helps ground her and gets the day off to the right start. When not Lagreeing she works as a Personal Stylist helping women own their style both in town and virtually.
