Why I Lagree: the challenge! I’ve never been able to stick with a workout until I found Lagree. Not only is it fun but I can tell I’m getting stronger every time. This biggest win for me has been feeling stronger in my day-to-day and noticing that other activities, like hiking, have gotten easier.
