Why I Lagree: the challenge! I’ve never been able to stick with a workout until I found Lagree. Not only is it fun but I can tell I’m getting stronger every time. This biggest win for me has been feeling stronger in my day-to-day and noticing that other activities, like hiking, have gotten easier.

Katie grew up in North Carolina and moved out to Colorado after graduating from NC State University in 2019. She fully embraces the Colorado lifestyle with her boyfriend and 2 dogs – you can find them camping or outside at a brewery on any warm, sunny day.
