Why I Lagree: I love both the physical and mental challenges that Lagree brings with every session. Regardless of fitness level, Lagree is an inclusive and invigorating workout designed for truly every BODY. Having explored various fitness classes, I value the full-body intensity and mantra of ’embracing the shakes’. I emerge from every class feeling not only stronger but empowered, fierce, and proud of what I accomplished.

Born and raised in Fort Collins, Jamie went out of state for college, and always knew she was going to make her way back home. She has her Masters Degree in Information Technology and works with engineers to develop Mobile Apps, Websites, and Software. Jamie and her husband live in Windsor, with their beloved Australian Shepards, Cache and Murphy. When she is not launching code or teaching, you can find her in the mountains backpacking, hiking, or snowboarding.
