Carissa was born and raised in Northern Colorado, where she developed a deep appreciation for movement, fresh air, and staying grounded through life’s challenges. As a full-time ER nurse, she thrives in fast-paced environments and places a strong emphasis on maintaining balance outside of work. She lives with her husband and their two energetic Australian Cattle Dogs, who keep life fun and active. Whether she’s enjoying the outdoors, relaxing at home, or chasing after the dogs, Carissa believes in living with purpose and caring for both body and mind.
