Alissa is a Colorado transplant from the Northeast who has called Fort Collins, Timnath, and Windsor home over the past decade. A graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in Business Administration, she was also a three-year starter for the Catamounts, helping lead the team to back-to-back conference championships. After experiencing multiple back injuries and two pregnancies, Alissa discovered Lagree—a high-intensity, low-impact workout that helped her rebuild strength, stability, and endurance like nothing else. She now lives in Windsor with her husband, Russell, their two boys, Liam (5) and Owen (2), and their beloved albeit drooly Newfie, Remington (8).
