Why I Lagree: I quickly became addicted to the mental challenge and physical intensity of Lagree that only increases with your knowledge of the method and precision of form and tempo. The gains in strength and endurance that I’ve gotten from Lagree have helped me with everything else I enjoying doing. I love that every workout is different – you never get bored and you never know exactly what you are in for, but you know you will walk out feeling accomplished!

Jeanna grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to Fort Collins from Kalispell, Montana in 2006. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Rice University and her master’s degree from the University of Utah. She’s worked for a government exchange program for foreign leaders, as a political activist, for an art museum, in higher education, and currently, in affordable housing real estate development. She finds joy spending time with the love of her life, Steve, their two insanely adorable tuxedo cats, and their sweet and rambunctious dog. She loves to read, hike, explore, create, and escape to her remote wilderness cabin outside of Salida.
