Why I Lagree: I do Lagree because since starting I have seen a huge transformation with my body. Lagree made me fall back in love with fitness. The classes are so upbeat, fun, and time flies when I’m there. I love slowing moves down because it is empowering to have control of every single inch you are moving and not using momentum. It has taught me so much about form and mind to muscle connection.
Favorite Lagree Exercise: Back Lunge and Spider Kick! Those moves make me SHAKE.

Fun Fact: I have 30+ silly childhood songs memorized that I still sing on a daily basis.
Lisa was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida, and moved to Colorado in 2016. She grew up exploring the beaches and springs all while barefoot and continues her “no shoe” policy in the mountains. Lisa participates in other physical activities outside of Lagree like weightlifting, yoga, and running. She got married June 2023 to her wonderful husband Drew and you can usually find them swing dancing in a country bar or in the woods enjoying the wildlife. Lisa is excited to be part of the Fit5 team and sharing her love of Lagree!
