Why I Lagree: The challenge, community and results! I love that I can completely exhaust my body in 45 minutes and feel great that there is very little impact on my joints and spine. The fact that the workout can always be harder through simple variations means there is no plateauing with this method…making every class a new challenge!

Erika has been an athlete her entire life. She played Division I NCAA Basketball at Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Management & Policy; and worked in the healthcare industry for 13 years in Washington, DC. She moved to Colorado in 2019 and that is where she found Fit5 and fell in love with the Lagree Method. She currently lives in Berthoud, CO with her husband, Jeff, and her dog, Annie DeMars.
